KPV + BPC-157 — Gut & Inflammation

The most common gut-and-inflammation pairing: kpv calms the inflammatory signaling while bpc-157 rebuilds the gut lining and tissue — two complementary levers, calm and repair.

Why this protocol

kpv is a tripeptide that quiets inflammation from inside the cell — it lowers NF-κB, the master inflammatory switch, and reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines, with its strongest evidence in gut models. bpc-157 is studied for healing the gut lining and bringing new blood supply (angiogenesis) to repairing tissue.

Run together, KPV calms the fire while BPC-157 rebuilds the structure — so the tissue heals in a less-inflamed environment. Because they pull different levers (suppress inflammation vs. drive repair), the combination is additive, not redundant. Pairing KPV with another anti-inflammatory would just push the same lever twice.

Community / practitioner convention assembled from each peptide's cited evidence — not a trial-proven combined regimen. Doses match each peptide's own page. KPV has no human trials and both peptides' strongest evidence is preclinical, so this is a reasoned pairing, not a studied one.

Cycle & schedule

  1. Cycle (4–8 weeks)

Co-inject KPV 300–500 mcg + BPC-157 250–500 mcg once daily — drawn together or as two nearby sites, rotated across the week.

  2. Washout (2–4 weeks)

Stop both and re-check inflammatory markers (e.g. hs-CRP) during the break to see whether the baseline has settled before repeating.
