Why this protocol
semax and selank are short peptides developed in Russia and often used as a pair because their effects are complementary. Semax is the activating side — it is associated with raised bdnf (a protein that supports neurons) and is reached for to improve focus, drive, and mental stamina. Selank is the calming side — an anxiolytic that takes the edge off without the sedation of typical anti-anxiety drugs.
Running them together aims for 'switched on but not wired': Semax for daytime cognitive load, Selank to keep the accompanying stress response in check. Both are commonly given intranasally, which makes this an easy needle-free entry pairing, though both also exist as subcutaneous injections.

Cycle & schedule
