CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin — GH Optimization

The canonical growth-hormone pairing: cjc-1295 tells the pituitary to release GH while ipamorelin amplifies the same pulse through a second receptor — two levers that together produce a larger, cleaner release than either alone.

Why this protocol

Growth hormone is released when two signals arrive together. cjc-1295 is a GHRH analog — it mimics the body's own growth-hormone-releasing hormone. ipamorelin works on the ghrelin receptor, a separate switch that also triggers a GH pulse and is prized for being selective (it does not meaningfully raise cortisol or prolactin).

Pushing both switches at once produces a stronger, more natural pulse than either peptide alone — the textbook reason this pair is run together. Timing matters: a bedtime dose stacks with the body's own largest nightly GH release, and an empty stomach keeps insulin from blunting it.

Community / practitioner convention assembled from each peptide's cited evidence — not a trial-proven combined regimen. Doses match each peptide's own page. The GHRH + ghrelin-receptor synergy is well-described mechanistically, but this specific schedule is convention, not a trial protocol.

Cycle & schedule

  1. Cycle (weeks 1–8 to 12)

Co-inject CJC-1295 100 mcg + Ipamorelin 200–300 mcg at bedtime on an empty stomach, daily. An optional second fasted dose (e.g. morning or pre-training) can be added for a higher-frequency approach.

  2. Washout (4–6 weeks)

Take 4–6 weeks off between cycles so pituitary sensitivity recovers; GH and IGF-1 drift back toward baseline during the break.
