NAD+ + Glutathione — Cellular Maintenance

nad-plus powers energy production and repair while glutathione mops up the oxidative cost of running hot — produce and protect, a complementary cellular-maintenance pair.

Why this protocol

nad-plus is the coenzyme that drives mitochondrial energy production, sirtuin activity, and DNA repair — it raises the cell's metabolic output. Running hotter, though, generates oxidative byproducts.

glutathione is the master intracellular antioxidant that neutralizes exactly that oxidative stress. So the pair is genuinely complementary: NAD+ turns the engine up, glutathione handles the exhaust — different levers, not two antioxidants or two energy boosters.

Community / practitioner convention assembled from each peptide's cited evidence — not a trial-proven combined regimen. Doses match each peptide's own page; clinics often deliver both intravenously, so the subcutaneous schedule is community convention.

Cycle & schedule

  1. Run together

NAD+ 50–100 mg once daily (start low, inject slowly) in 4–8-week blocks; Glutathione 400 mg 2–3× per week on an ongoing basis alongside it.

  2. NAD+ washout (2–4 weeks)

Pause NAD+ for 2–4 weeks between blocks; glutathione can continue as maintenance. Recheck any markers during the break.
